Due to the number of requests, we are currently only filling volunteer roles with current members, we would love to have you as a member and get you plugged in as soon as you join.
Ambassadors Committee
The Ambassadors Committee promotes member retention, attends ribbon cuttings and helps welcome new members. It is an opportunity to connect with new members and help them understand how to get involved. These committee members serve as an advocate for the Charlotte Area Chamber and help spread the word about the value of membership.
Programs Committee
The Programs Committee develops content for our programs as well as future large-scale programs. They help us test new technology and come up with fantastic ideas for interaction and member engagement.
The committee provides additional support for a deep dive into education for Charlotte based Entrepreneurs. Our Committee has developed a scope of work to help all entrepreneurs in our community.
Public Policy Committee
The Public Policy Committee of the Charlotte Area Chamber of Commerce advocates for policies that strengthen the local business climate and promote sustainable economic development. The committee brings together engaged business leaders to analyze key legislative and regulatory issues, amplify the Chamber's voice, and advocate for pro‑business solutions that support growth, workforce development, and investment in the Charlotte area. By fostering informed dialogue and strategic engagement on public policy matters, the committee helps create a competitive, forward‑thinking environment where businesses can thrive and the regional economy can continue to grow.
Wellness Initiative Committee
The Wellness Initiative is a committee without walls, dedicated to promoting a culture of health and balance that touches every aspect of our members’ lives.
Through thoughtful collaboration with other committees and engaging, practical programming, we aim to empower our members to embrace wellness on their own terms—supporting mental clarity, physical vitality, and meaningful social connection. Our mission is to spark lasting, positive change by fostering a lifestyle of wellness that is as individual as each of our members.
Women in Business Committee
The Women In Business Committee works together to provide a variety of educational, volunteer, and social events for the women in our organization. Our goal is to provide inspirational and motivational activities that encourage women to grow and connect both personally and professionally.
Young Professionals Group Committee
The Young Professionals Group Committee supports the Charlotte Area Chamber and the Young Professionals Group. Helping with events and providing support to the young professionals of the Charlotte Area.
