Ambassadors Committee
The Charlotte Area Chamber Ambassadors play a key role in member engagement and retention. From attending ribbon cuttings to welcoming new members, they also serve as advocates for the Chamber.
In addition, they guide members through programs and opportunities, answer questions, and share feedback. Ultimately, they act as a friendly connection—helping members stay engaged and get the most from their membership.
Programs Committee
The Charlotte Area Chamber’s Programs Committee is dedicated to delivering high-quality programming for members and the business community. In turn, the Chamber provides opportunities for networking, professional growth, and community engagement.
As members connect and support one another, the Chamber continues to drive business growth and strengthen the Charlotte community.

Public Policy Committee
The Charlotte Area Chamber’s Public Policy Committee advocates for policies that support business growth and long-term economic development. In addition, it brings together business leaders to review key issues, strengthen the Chamber’s voice, and promote pro-business solutions.
As a result, the committee helps foster informed dialogue and a competitive environment where businesses—and the Charlotte region—can thrive.
Wellness Initiative Committee
The Wellness Initiative is a committee without walls, dedicated to promoting a culture of health and balance that touches every aspect of our members’ lives.
Through thoughtful collaboration with other committees and engaging, practical programming, we aim to empower our members to embrace wellness on their own terms—supporting mental clarity, physical vitality, and meaningful social connection.
Women in Business Committee
The Women in Business Committee creates educational, volunteer, and social opportunities for women across our organization. In turn, these events inspire connection, growth, and support both personally and professionally.
